Abstract

This final project is entitled "Planning and Production of Roti Tawar Lumer " (Production Aspect Review). The specific objective of this final project is to find out the raw materials used in the manufacturing process of bread Lumer, and the total production costs and to find out the constraints and solutions. while in the process of producing Roti Tawar Lumer . In its implementation, it uses 4 methods, namely, the project preparation stage, the project implementation stage, the completion stage and the project reporting stage. The end result of this product is to produce a new product "Roti Tawar Lumer". the production process using the continuous type of process in carrying out 20 times the production cost of production is calculated using the coasting variable of Rp. 1.117.500, The obstacle faced in mid-November was the difficulty in obtaining one of the production raw materials, namely, bread because the bread stock that is usually purchased is not durable and the bread is moldy for a long time. The solution taken is when bread raw materials are difficult to find at the time of production, the solution is to find these raw materials until they find bread that is really good and can be produced.
