Abstract
Planning a Construction Safety Plan is an effort to create a work environment that is safe, healthy and free from environmental pollution. so that the implementation of the Work Safety Plan (K3) is expected to be able to reduce the risk of work accidents that can interfere with the productivity and quality of the workforce, it is necessary to have good or appropriate management of the Work Safety (K3) management system. The objectives of RKK planning include hazard identification, risk assessment, risk level mapping, and calculating the cost of a construction safety plan. In this research, the case study used was the CV. Mitra Mina Andalan road improvement project. The method used in determining the value of construction safety risks is the method of hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control which refers to PUPR Ministerial Regulation No. 10 of 2021. The research results from the Evaluation of the RKK Plan and the calculation of the RAB (construction safety plan) from the CV.Mitra Mina Andalan Company are not appropriate. after being evaluated with data analysis and simulation it can be adjusted referring to PUPR Ministerial Regulation No. 10 of 2021. so that the latest Evaluation (RKK) and RAB (construction safety plan) calculations are in accordance with the East Bantan Air Bantan road improvement project. Referring to PUPR Ministerial Regulation No. 10 of 2021 .
