Abstract
he Community Health Center (Puskesmas) is a community service in the form of health services provided by the district/city service. It is responsible for public health in the work area and is known as a primary service place, providing health facilities for the general public in health efforts to improve life expectancy in order to obtain health degrees. optimal. Service is an activity given by one party to another, having a relationship with the aim of providing satisfaction to the second party concerned for the goods or services provided. The problem that occurs is that the registration service still uses handwriting and the doctor's schedule is not available, so patients who have registered have to wait a long time because the doctor's schedule information is not available at the Tenggayun Health Center. This system will be built on a mobile-based basis using the extreme programming method and the Kotlin programming language, with this application it will be easier for patients to register, visit poly, nutrition consultants and take other hospital referral letters.
