Abstract
A construction project must be planned as efficiently as feasible by taking into account technical, non-technical, and financial factors. The life cycle cost approach is used to calculate costs while taking the economic element into account. Using an approach called life cycle cost, projects are evaluated in terms of all costs spent, from the initial cost of construction through the cost of replacement or demolition. This information is seen to be potentially crucial for making decisions. According to the findings of the calculations, the Integrated Hajj and Umrah Service Center building in Bengkalis Regency's life cycle cost, which starts with building planning and lasts for 50 years at its economic life, has cost-obtained expenses for each component at the highest inflation condition of Rp. 5,300,666,875.69 initial value costs Rp. 2,179,431,102.00, operating costs at the highest inflation conditions are Rp. 514,048,583, repair costs and the highest inflation conditions are Rp. 15,497,731,888.16 and expenditure costs are Rp. 217,430,736.91. present net value (NPV) with the highest stable inflation condition of bank interest of Rp.1,241,438,870.05 NPV in the highest inflation condition using the highest bank interest of Rp17.786.127.835,42.
