Abstract
This Final Project (TA) aims to find out how the mechanism for implementing Occupational Safety and Health (K3) is towards changes in worker behavior at the Perawang Container Terminal. The problem that will be discussed in this final project proposal is how to apply Occupational Safety and Health (K3) to changes in worker behavior towards worker behavior. And this research was carried out from March to August 2023 at PT. Pelindo Terminal Container Perawang. The method used through observation, interviews, and documentation. from the results of this study as a result of workers who do not want to be disciplined in implementing occupational safety and health at PT. Perawang Container Terminal Pelindo so that the company made 3 stages, namely: applying methods for implementing occupational safety and health (K3), implementing occupational safety and health (K3) mechanisms, and providing first aid kits at security posts and at the gate
