Abstract

Master Rheobuil 6 is one of the addictive substances for concrete mixtures which functions as a substitute for the use of some of the cement and aims to improve the quality of meton, “the test method used in the research is the compressive strength of concrete”. The manufacture of mixed concrete with Master Rheobuil 6 in this study consisted of 72 samples in the from of a 15 x 30 cm cylinder with a curing age of 7, 14, and 28 days with variations of normal concrete without mixture and concrete with the addition of the addictive substance Master Rheobuil 6 namely 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% of the total cement. The planned concrete quality is 25 Mpa. Study with normal concrete compressive strength of 26,04 Mpa, using the addictive substance Master Rheobuil 6 20% aged 28 days resulted in a compressive strength of 25,25 Mpa. The use of the addictive substance aqs an addictive in the concrete strength increased by reducing cement 20%. The concrete porosity test, the pores contained in the concrete are only 4-5% of the volume of the concrete.
