Abstract
Mental emotional is an attempt to adjust to the environment and its experiences. Mental emotional problems in children are quite serious problems because they have an impact on development, cause impairment (disability/disability) and reduce their productivity and quality of life. A decision support system is needed to find out the diagnosis of symptoms of mental disorders based on a website to help determine the diagnosis of symptoms of mental disorders in children and adolescents. This system is created using the forward chaining method to collect data and generate conclusions based on the data contained. The results obtained from applying the forward chaining method to this system are that the system will display data on symptoms of a diagnosis of mental disorders based on the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) which can assist in determining the diagnosis of symptoms of mental disorders. The development method used is the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method.
