Abstract

Utilization of technology is the right way to improve a technology that has very high efficiency in the industrial world, especially in the process of counting numbers. The method that will be used in the design consists of several main components, namely Outseal PLC Nano V.5. As a component that transmits commands to the proximity sensor and solenoid valve, the cylinder is double acting in this method. The design work system for metal and non-metal sorting tool trainers uses PLC Nano V.5 outseal. There are several processes that occur, namely when the start button is pressed, the conveyor will move and objects that are above the conveyor will hit the proximity sensor, the proximity sensor will detect objects that are running on the conveyor. At this stage the results of the design of the tool are presented which includes the results of research on designing metal and non-metal sorting tools based on the PLC nano V.5 outseal as a whole the results of the tool design include placing the outseal PLC nano V.5 as a microcontroller for all components and processing data from all sensors, the overall results of the design of a sorting tool based on outseal PLC nano V.5 from the results of tests carried out in accordance with the design that has been made the tool can work well and in accordance with the design the tool can work 100% well.
