Abstract
Numerical data is quantitative data whose value is in numeric form (numbers). The numeric number system is a symbol or group of symbols that represents a number. This study aims to build application software for generating numerical test data on random testing using random sampling techniques by applying the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The Rapid Application Development method is a system development strategy that emphasizes speed of development through extensive user involvement in construction, fast, iterative, and increases a series of prototypes. The results of this study are the application of generating numerical test data on random testing using random sampling techniques by applying the Rapid Application Development method to make applications shorter and faster, determine the quality of the software according to function, and can be utilized properly by users. Application testing uses Black Box Testing. The results of the tests that have been carried out in each form in the numerical test data generator application in random testing using a web-based random sampling technique, get the result that the application is in accordance with its functional functions.
