Abstract
In the industrial world, equipment to help workers is needed to make it easier and easier for workers in the production process. For example, the process of moving goods from one place to another, especially the process of loading and unloading from a truck to a warehouse. In carrying out this final assignment,namely a mini crane with a lifting capacity of 200 kg, this crane can be used as a tool to help move materials or materials with a maximum capacity of 200 kg, the working system is not manual or uses a jacking system anymore, but the working system already uses electric motor and remote controller connected directly to the electric motor. Based on the graphic table above, it can be concluded that the heavier the load lifted by the hoist crane, the lower the lifting speed during the lifting process. The results obtained from testing the 200 Kg Lifting Capacity Mini Crane tool can be said to be quite good because the tool using a hoist crane is quite efficient in lifting loads compared to lifting it manually (pulley). Mini crane with a lifting capacity of 200 kg using an electric crane hoist motor as the main component for lifting and lowering loads.
