Abstract

As the years go by, technological developments in the industrial world are getting faster and followed by increasingly high competition. One area that is experiencing progress is the field of industrial automation. The development of an automation system aims to make it easier for humans and guarantee the quality of the products produced. The purpose of this research is to prototype a stamping tool based on outseal PLC nano V.5. the results of this study the tool can be operated using outsel PLC nano V.5 as a control and programmed using outseal PLC software. The proximity1 sensor functions as a metal object detection and the second sensor as an object detection as well as to activate the cylinder. Then there is stamping and then we can see the results of stamping which are clear and also not clear. with the design that has been made the tool can work properly and according to the design the tool can work 100%.
