Abstract

In everyday life, AC power supply is a very influential aspect in the world of education, work and daily needs. However, AC power supplies are not always available in all circumstances or places. An inverter with a 12 VDC battery input is one thing that can overcome this. The aim of this research is to make/assemble an inverter and battery in one container so that it can be easily carried everywhere. The results of this test are that in the 18650 battery assembly used there were 36 units connected in series to produce a voltage of 12 VDC and connected in parallel to increase the battery capacity, then connected to the 3S BMS and connected to the inverter input section. In the measurement when the battery is connected to the inverter without a load with a voltage of 12 VDC, the current produced at the inverter input is 0,7 A. When the inverter is given a constant load, namely a 60 watt incandescent lamp, the current produced is 6,01 A. Power duration The battery life when given a load of 60 watts is around 40 minutes, so the capacity of the assembled battery is around 4 AH.
