Abstract

The purpose of this final project is to find out the raw materials used in the production of Krispy Pakis "SS", to determine the production process of Krispy Pakis "SS", and to find out the obstacles faced and solutions to the problems faced during the production process. The method used in this project consists of four stages, namely the project preparation plan, the project implementation plan, the project completion plan, the project reporting plan. The end result of this product is to produce a new product Krispy Pakis "SS". The raw material used is 2 kg of fern leaves. The production process is divided into several stages: The process of providing raw materials, the process of separating the stalks from the fern leaves, mixing the dough and spices, the frying process, and the draining. The obstacle that the implementer faces during the production process is the difficulty of finding the main raw material, namely ferns during the summer. The solution to the obstacles that the implementer faces during the production process, namely when a large number of raw materials are available in the market, the implementer buys in large quantities to be stored as preparation for the next production.
