Abstract

The use of learning media is indeed important in the world of education. Learning media is used as a means to assist educators in conveying material efficiently. This research aims to produce a PLC learning module. The researcher applies the research and development method in which the following research is assessed from 3 factors, namely the validity of the module, the practicality of the module, and the effectiveness of the module. The HMI will display the results of the design of the tool made. It has been implemented properly according to the design of the PLC practicum module based on the human machine interface with the results of testing Job 1, Job 2, and Job 3. The results of this study are on testing Job 1,0 shows the push button is not pressed and 1 indicates the push button is pressed. In Job 2 testing, 0 indicates the proximity sensor does not detect it and 1 indicates the proximity sensor detects it. In Job 3 testing, the analog input uses a voltage of 0-5 VDC or 0-100 %, the voltage range used in this test is 10% or 0.5 VDC and the HMI display ADC and Scale.
