Abstract
A lathe is a machine tool that functions to cut certain objects/objects with a rotating motion. This means that this machine works and cuts the object by rotating it first and placing it on the chisel area which is already moving and ready for processing. The tool moves parallel and translational with all rotational axes on the work object. The lathe machine in the non-metal workshop is a wood lathe but it cannot operate optimally because the tailstock and tool post on the lathe machine are not available, therefore the researcher took a decision on this problem as a final project.
