Abstract

This charcoal briquette press machine was created to help print coconut shell charcoal briquettes more easily, which can print 35 briquettes in one print. Design a drawing of this charcoal briquette press machine using Autodesk Inventor Software. After designing, collecting tools and materials, the next step is assembly. After the assembly stage, testing is carried out on the machine, by testing the coconut shell charcoal briquette press machine to find out how much load is received by the machine frame, then entering the load data obtained from testing the frame of the coconut shell charcoal briquette press machine in the Autodesk Inventor software. Enter the load data given to the frame in the Autodesk Inventor Software via the analysis menu. The stress value of von Mises stress is: 1.52 Mpa.The simulated shape changes get a maximum value of 41.67 mm, and a minimum value of 0 mm. This shows that when the frame is given a load, the static iron will change shape (curve). The displacement value is: 1.49 mm. The safety factor value is: 3.63 ul. From the test results above, the machine that has been made is safe to use using hydraulics with a capacity of 4 tons.
