Abstract

This final project is entitled Planning and Making of Hits "Taro Cheese and Chocolate Chips Business (Overview of Production aspects)". The general objective of this final project is to know how to plan and make a "Hits" cheese and chocolate taro chips business. The specific objectives of this final project are to find out the raw materials used, to find out how the production process of "Hits" taro cheese and chocolate chips, and to find out the obstacles and solutions faced during the production process. The project implementation method consists of four stages, namely Project Preparation, Project Implementation, Project Completion, and Project Reporting. The end result of this product is to produce a new product, cheese and chocolate taro chips. The production process is divided into several stages: The Process of Providing Production Raw Materials, removing the taro skin and washing it clean, frying the taro until it's cooked, applying chocolate over the taro and sprinkle with grated cheese. The obstacle that is faced is that it is quite difficult to choose quality taro because many taro are not good. The solution taken is when buying raw materials to be more careful and careful in buying taro sweet potatoes so that quality raw materials can be obtained.
