Abstract

The purpose of this final project is to see how Kopidu's business planning and planning, to see how segmentation, targeting and positioning, to see how the marketing mix and supervision are always running during the marketing process and the solutions that can be given from a close relationship. This final project uses 4 methods consisting of a project plan, a project implementation plan, a project completion plan and a project reporting plan. The results of the implementation of this final project are for the preparation stage in the marketing department which must be done first preparing capital, preparation equipment and materials, selecting packaging, and making product label concepts. The implementation stage is carried out by determining the product marketing strategy and marketing mix ) product. The completion stage is carried out, namely selling the product with a predetermined price. For the implementation time of this final project starting from November 15, 2020 by means of social media such as Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp. The Kopidu product project, determines a selling price of IDR 10,000 for the biskuut flavor variant, IDR 8,000 for the original flavor variant. Project reporting consists of project implementation reporting and project implementation financial reports.
