Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence and how much influence advertising attractiveness, price perception and electronic word of mouth (eWOM) have on user interest in fast ferry Bengkalis-Malaysia partially. This research uses Quantitative Descriptive Methods. The data collection technique was carried out using an online questionnaire to 100 persons. The results obtained show that all the hypotheses formulated are proven to have a positive and significant influence. Based on the hypothesis testing carried out, it shows that there is a significant and positive influence between advertising attractiveness, price perception and electronic word of mouth on users. Based on the research results, it shows that the calculated value of each independent variable is 0.836 for advertising attractiveness, 2.793 for price perception, and 1.469 for electronic word of mouth, while the t table value is 1.660, These results show that in the context of this model, the price factor is a significant variable in influencing the amount of User Interest, while Advertising Attractiveness and eWOM have no significant impact.
