Abstract

The application of Motor Brushes Less Direct Current (BLDC) control is as a system designed to drive drive components in electric cars. The control system of the Brushes Less Direct Current (BLDC) Motor is designed using a 3000watt Convenient Speed Control, in order to act as a controller to regulate the speed, load and backward operation of the Brushes Less Direct Current (BLDC) Motor. In this study, there are several test results of the electric cars tested, namely rotation, load, distance, and battery consumption. The test carried out for 4 days obtained the results of the load used 817 Kg, the distance traveled 53.35 Km, the battery consumption of 56 Volt to 45 Volts. The difference in values produced because the load used will affect the distance, as well as the consumption of the battery used so that the difference in data comparison is obtained.
