Abstract
In the increasingly advanced era of industrial revolution 4.0, continuous innovation and improvement in various sectors is very necessary, including in the industrial automation sector. In order to support this progress, the author seeks to utilize intelligent technology, namely Arduino Uno, to control the speed of the DC motor in the vehicle's power window system. Arduino Uno is an ATmega328 based microcontroller board which has the ability to control digital and analog input/output. This project aims to regulate the rotational speed of the DC motor on the power window motor using Arduino Uno and a touch sensor. The design process includes component selection, Arduino program creation, assembly, and tool testing. It is hoped that the results of this research can make a real contribution to automation technology and provide practical benefits in regulating DC motor speed in various industrial and household applications.The results of the design of the tool found the following data, namely the motor torque was 10.19 N, the lifting speed time of the glass replica was 0.0986 m/s, the power required was 0.6626 W, and the force required to lift the glass replica was 6. 72 N. From the results obtained it is known that the torque produced by the power window motor is sufficient to lift the power window glass replica made of acrylic.
