Abstract

With the development of the times, humans create a variety of renewable technologies to make life more effective and efficient. BIM introduces collaboration between design and construction documents such as drawings, procurement details, progress documents and other specifications. Building Information Modeling (BIM) concept by creating 3D modeling on structural work using Revit software, to obtain quantity take off (QTO) results that can increase project value. The analysis results show that there is a difference between the field volume (Conventional) and the Quantity Take Off volume using the BIM concept, foundation work has an average of 0. 075% greater field volume, then for the lower structure 0.034%, LG floor 0.036%, 1st floor 0.138%, 2nd floor 0.231%, 3rd floor 0.367%, 4th floor 0.0752%, 5th floor 0.0767%, 6th floor 0.282, 7th floor 0.062%, roof deck floor 0.022%, then roof top floor 0.22% greater QTO volume than field volume.
