Abstract
This study aims to analyze how the quality of results affects customer satisfaction at Alfa Studio Foto. The type of research used is associative. The population in this study is the people of Bengkalis sub-district who have used the services of Alfa Studio Foto. The sampling technique used in this study was Nonprobability Sampling with Purposive Sampling technique, with a total of 100 respondents. Data were collected in the form of questionnaires and analyzed using data instrument tests, classical assumption tests (normality, heteroscedasticity, and linearity), simple correlation tests, simple linear regression tests, and hypothesis testing. The results in this study indicate that the quality of the results has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a t_count> t_table value of 7.454> 1.984. The effect of quality of results on customer satisfaction Alfa Studio Foto Bengkalis is 36.2% and the remaining 63.8% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study.
