Abstract
The implementation of this final project aims to determine the planning and manufacture of Paradise Mud Business, to find out the raw materials used in the manufacture of Paradise Mud, to find out how the Paradise Mud production process is, to find out the obstacles and solutions in the process of producing Paradise Mud. In its implementation, it uses 4 methods, namely the preparation plan, implementation plan, completion plan and reporting plan. Project preparation plans are capital preparation, survey of raw materials, preparing labor and making a production schedule. The project implementation plan is to purchase raw materials and equipment and carry out the production process of Paradise Mud. The project completion plan is to produce Paradise Mud products and hand over the marketing division. The project reporting plan includes reporting on the implementation of production activities and financial reporting on the implementation of production. The place for the final project is carried out on Jalan Laksamana Damon, Bengkalis Regency, with the production process starting from 26 November 2020 to 16 January 2021 by carrying out 20 production processes.
