Abstract
This research aims to find out the ERP Implementation Procedure for Food Sales in an Effort to Increase the Effectiveness of Internal Control or find out how to analyze the ERP implementation procedure for the company's needs to carry out food sales at the Bengkalis sub-division Bulog. The type of data used in this research is qualitative data using descriptive qualitative research methods. Research data was obtained from Bulog Sub Divre Bengkalis. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the ERP implementation procedure runs smoothly and is very helpful. Clear procedures will achieve certain goals or complete a task precisely and efficiently. Usually procedures are established to ensure consistency, security and safety in carrying out an activity. Procedures can also be used to avoid errors and minimize risks when carrying out an action. minimize losses, and increase visibility of product availability and distribution. To improve internal control in the future, Bulog should continue to update procedural policies, improve employee training, and carry out more in-depth internal audits.
