Abstract
Standard Operating Procedures are procedures that apply when anchoring and taking off at the port, which we must follow and implement, all of which must follow the rules that exist in the world of shipping. Where there are techniques and methods of how to dock and release when the current is from the front and the waves are from the direction of the sea and many more berthing rules that you are used to, it must be in accordance with the procedures in force at the port and follow the procedures for docking and unloading at the port according to the Standard Operational Procedure applicable.observatio,interview,Documentation The result of the Final Project is that we can find out together how the procedure for docking the MT.BULL FLORES Ship carried out by Pelindo1 at the Pertamina Sungai Pakning Terminal as well as what obstacles are when taking off at the terminal with the help of a tugboat.
