Abstract
Understand the related parties which are related to Crude Palm Oil (CPO) loading services, the needed documents in crude palm oil (CPO) loading services to the ship, and the common obstacles happens in the berthing process of MT. Asia Inspire vessel in Dumai port. In collecting the data of this paper, the writer uses some methods a direct observations or outdoor observation at PT Urban Shipping Agency, did interview method, the interview was conducted to the operational staff and surveyor which is related to loading crude palm oil (CPO) services, and conducted library studies to complete the needed data. The conclusion from this discussion is there are many obstacles at both the substation and the loading service therefore. This paper is suggested the time of loading services can be accelerated by increasing the heater cargo at MT. Asia Inpire vessel belongs to PT Urban Shipping Agency.
