Abstract
This study is aimed to analyze drug inventory control in Simpang Tiga drug stores using the always better control (ABC) method. This method is used to group types of drugs based on usage value so that they can prioritize the procurement and management of drug supplies more efficiently. Apart from that, this research also aims to determine the appropriate shopping budget and how to prepare financial reports from drug sales at Simpang Tiga drug stores. In this way, drug inventory management at Simpang Tiga drug stores can be carried out more effectively and efficiently with the aim of reducing the risk of stock shortages or excesses and improving the overall financial performance of the store. This research is descriptive qualitative in nature using purposive sampling with specific aims and objectives. It is hoped that this research can become a reference for other drug store managers in implementing better control methods.
