Abstract

Building Information Modeling (BIM) is capable of simulating construction projects in 3D. Effective building modeling and Quantity Take-Off (QTO) calculations are crucial aspects in construction project planning and management. This research aims to develop a more efficient approach in building modeling and QTO calculations using the latest digital methods and software. Able to develop designs from 2D to 3D with the BIM system, making it easier to understand the details of a building. Using Building Information Modeling (BIM), this study identifies and thoroughly analyzes construction elements to produce accurate and realistic quantity estimates
