Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of production costs in increasing the profits of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency. Based on the results of this research, it is hoped that it can be used by companies as abreference for information in the company's operational policies to be able to produce optimally.The research method used is a case study method with a qualitative approach. The data used in this study were obtained through interviews with business owners, direct observation, and analysis of related documents.The results of this study show that the implementation of good production costs can help MSME businesses such as Rotte Bakery in improving their operational ef iciency. By identifying and managing existing costs, business owners can optimize the use of their resources. In addition, a betterbunderstanding of the cost Production also allows business owners to determine more accurate product prices, which in turn can increase profits.
