Abstract
Formadiksi, an abbreviation of "Bidikmisi Student Forum", is a forum for students receiving Bidikmisi scholarships to develop their abilities. Currently, information on organizational activities is still conveyed via Whatsapp groups, which is less effective. This research aims to design a website-based Information Application for Activities and Profiles of KIP-K Recipients at the Bengkalis State Polytechnic Formation Organization. This application uses PHP with the Laravel framework and MySQL as the database. The features implemented include activity management, member profiles, organizational contacts, and management of KIP-K recipient data. Testing is carried out using black-box testing methods, devices, web browsers and testing by the users involved to ensure all features function properly. Test results show this application is effective and efficient in conveying information. User response is positive due to ease of access and completeness of information. With this application, the delivery of information in the Formadik organization becomes more structured and easily accessible, so that it can increase member participation and involvement in various organizational activities.
