Abstract

The aim of this research is to facilitate micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM) in the process of filtering soybean milk. This study focuses on the design and development of a safe, efficient, and user-friendly tool for soybean milk filtration. The methods used include user needs analysis, prototype design, and equipment testing to ensure its effectiveness. The results of this research indicate that the developed tool can accelerate the soybean milk filtration process, reduce the time required compared to traditional methods, and enhance work efficiency. In conclusion, this tool offers a practical solution for UMKM to produce soybean milk more quickly and effectively, while providing ease of use that can improve productivity.
