Abstract

Along with technological developments, planners are required to work more efficiently. To answer these challenges, a new technology emerged called Building Information Modeling (BIM). Building Information Modeling (BIM) is able to simulate construction projects in 3D form. With BIM technology, an accurate model of the building can be visualized in 3D. There is BIM software by Autodesk which functions for architectural, structural and mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) design. In this research, PT Berjaya Group's H2 Alligas Building was modeled using the BIM system using Autodesk Revit 2023 software and volume calculations resulting from the quantity take off output of Revit 2023 software.From the results of the design that has been carried out, a 3D structural modeling of the H2 Alligas Building was obtained which resulted in a conventional volume calculation of 383.92 m³, and an iron volume of 44095, 59143 Kg. And the take off quantity of concrete volume is 383.91 m³, concrete volume is 46669.58000 Kg.
