Abstract

Crime is one of the classic problems facing big cities. One type of crime that is rampant today is theft. Many thieves return home using duplicate keys or using special methods to unlock doors. Therefore we need a tool that is able to anticipate the occurrence of theft, namely a system that uses a special key. Keys that are only identical to the owner of the house, one of which is the front. In this final project, a door security system is made using facial recognition as the key to open the door. The method used in this tool is the facial recognition method. The main step in face recognition is face detection. Firebase as database storage. The user's face image will be taken using the ESP32-CAM Module. The captured images are stored in the laptop database and matched with the existing database.
