Abstract
In this digitalization era, the Service Information System (SIMPEL) has become an integral part of various organizations to improve efficiency and quality of service. This research aims to audit the information system on the SIMPEL Website using COBIT 5 as a structured IT management framework. This research involves an indepth analysis of the aspects of data security, integrity, availability, and compliance on the SIMPEL Website. COBIT 5 was used as a guideline to assess the maturity of IT processes and provide relevant improvement recommendations. After calculating 2 respondents with 15 questions at Disdukcapil bengkalis, the results show that the overall maturity level value is 4.13 or at level 4 - managed and measurable. In terms of the maturity of their information systems. This level indicates that organizations have managed and measured the processes associated with their information systems well. This result indicates a high level of maturity and shows that the organization has achieved an effective level of management and measurement in the use of their information systems.
