Abstract
The rehabilitation project for the Kampar Regency PUPR Service Office is an example where delays in the duration of work occurred due to various factors. To overcome this problem, project scheduling needs to be done with a more accurate approach. This research aims to use Microsoft Project software with the Precedence Diagram Method (PDM) to plan and manage project schedules effectively. This research involves calculating the project time duration using Microsoft Project and analyzing the critical path and stress time on the rehabilitation project.The research results show how the use of this software can increase accuracy in time planning and help in project control. Scheduling planning for this project has been planned on a time schedule or S curve, determining the network diagram and critical path. The scheduling planning has been made using the PDM (precedence diagram method) method in Microsoft Project 2010 software. From the data obtained, the total duration is 149 calendar days with a critical path of 61 activities and in the initial planning the duration is 150 calendar days.
