Abstract
The Construction projects are something that always goes hand in hand with developments over time, because the more development there is in an area, the more advanced that area is. Especially in Kampar district, the location is starting to develop because the population there is increasing. Project achievements can be measured in terms of cost and time efficiency. The cost budget plan (RAB) is a stage carried out at the planning stage. Making this RAB aims to analyze the duration of a project, it is necessary to make a thorough time schedule so that the project can run well and smoothly. In this research, we examine how to make a budget plan (RAB) for the construction of a 2-story residential house and the time schedule with the total costs obtained from the results of making a budget plan of IDR 6,048,039,000.00 (Six Billion Forty- Eight Million Thirty-Nine Ribų Rupiah) with a work duration of 204 days. By having a budget plan, here you can find out what work is done every day.
