Abstract

Electrical energy is one of the most important of humans needs, since all daily activities cannot be separated from electrical energy. One of them is the fishermen who work to catch fish in the ocean, the electrical energy needed to turn the boat on, making it easier for the fishermen to work, besides that electrical energy is also needed for boats at night and the needs of fishermen are inseparable from electrical energy. Indonesia is a country that is quite rich in renewable energy potential such as mini/micro hydro energy, biomass energy, solar energy, wind energy, geothermal energy, marine energy, and nuclear energy. Especially for wind and solar power,utilizing existing energy is then converted into electrical energy through turbines and generators for wind power plants, as well as solar calls for solar power plants. from the results of the tests carried out, the wind speed is 4.09 m/s, so that it is able to rotate a vertical type wind turbine. The average voltage produced is VDC, 0.9 VDC to 3.9 VDC. While the voltage generated from the solar panel is 20.61 vdc to 20.43 vdc
