Abstract

The rapidly increasing development of the world of construction in Indonesia has created a need for more efficient and effective supporting technology. This development resulted in a system known as Building Information Modeling (BIM). BIM is basically a digital platform for creating virtual buildings. Autodesk Revit software is a BIM-based software that helps document projects more realistically with three-dimensional modeling. In this final assignment, the author uses Revit software to design the structural parts of the building, starting with the As Built Drawing data collection stage method and continuing with modeling the structural elements, which will then obtain automatic volumes and volume processing during construction. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the calculation results from Revit are in the form of a total volume (QTO) of concreting of 117,300.0 m3, a total volume of reinforcement of 11,699.57 Kg. And also obtained manual calculations in the form of a total volume of concreting of 124,900.0 m3, a total volume of reinforcement of 13,642.8 Kg. The use of BIM-based applications in designing a building can simplify the design process, increase the efficiency of time, human resources and subsequent stages.
