Abstract

The implementation of port work on bengkalis island is generally carried out using direct cast method so that supervision of the implementation process is difficult to control in terms of controlling the proportion of mixtures and concrete maintenance work that results in the quality of concrete required to be difficult to achieve. The use of precast concrete is expected to be a solution because it is made in fabrication sites whose quality is more guaranteed and the implementation time is shorter but in the implementation in the field requires additional work that is the removal of precast concrete. Therefore, research is done in order to obtain the dimensions of precast concrete that still allows to be lifted manually. From the results of the design that can be that precast concrete both elongated and wide direction can be carried out but with the precision of the size made. The removal of precast concrete components with human power can still be done because the weight of each component ranges from 200 kg.
