Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence consumer behavior online during the Covid-19 pandemic period, see the most dominant factors and see the dominant factors that most determine consumer behavior online during the Covid-19 period in Bengkalis Regency. The survey method was carried out by researchers through a questionnaire instrument. The questionnaire was submitted to the online questionnaire respondents on the internet link uploaded by the researcher. The number of samples obtained was 100 respondents. The sampling technique used was a non-probability sampling technique with a snowball sampling type. The results obtained indicate that personal factors are the dominant factors that have the highest influence on consumer behavior, while cultural factors are the lowest dominant factors that influence behavior, where both factors are included in the high category. Limitations and future research, this year, have some limitations in the research questionnaire. Researchers need extra energy due to the lack of interest of respondents in filling out the questionnaire so that researchers ask for help from respondents who fill out questionnaires to be able to help their requests to other potential respondents. It is hoped that in the future this research can continue to be developed in accordance with the times.
