Abstract

Construction management has a central role in coordinating and overseeing construction projects to match the original plan. Construction projects involve a number of crucial factors, such as time, cost, and quality of work, which require tight control. Project scheduling always refers to the estimates used in the initial planning stage, so a mismatch between the plan and actual execution can lead to serious problems. In the context of ship construction, delays in material execution and delivery are often major bottlenecks that result in significant delays in the schedule, with potential negative impacts on the overall project. To overcome these challenges, meticulous management and effective risk mitigation strategies are required. One proposed solution is the development of a web-based ship construction project monitoring system, using the Laravel framework and MySQL database to manage work schedules and risks. This system will help optimize the use of resources and ensure the smooth running of ship construction projects in accordance with the predetermined target time.
