Abstract
Subdistrict Health Center /Puskesmas Pembantu (PUSTU) plays a vital role in providing healthcare services to the community, especially in terms of recording and dispensing medication to patients. Consequently, an application for medication recording was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. This application was developed on a website platform using the CodeIgniter framework and PHP programming language. The development process consisted of three main stages: goal identification, collaborative design with users, and implementation. Throughout the development process of the medication recording website at PUSTU Sungai Alam, validation processes were conducted with the users, namely the PUSTU Sungai Alam, in the design, development, and implementation stages of the system. During the validation process, changes were made to the patient page and the outgoing medication report, where PUSTU requested the removal of patient medical record numbers and a change in the outgoing medication report format. Consequently, changes were made to both pages according to PUSTU's request. This study also included testing as part of the mplementation phase. These tests were conducted to assess the functionality of eatures on the Subdistrict Health Center website. Blackbox testing methodology as used for these tests, nd the results concluded that the system operates ffectively.
