Abstract

In this final assignment, the author found a problem that occurred in an area where population interaction was very limited. which is the interaction process. Based on the results of the survey that has been carried out, the problem that occurs is the load capacity for passengers. Therefore, the author wants to develop and update ships by designing ships that prioritize cargo capacity. With a capacity of 150 people and 45 motorbikes, the main dimensions of the ship were obtained. The hull construction process was made using Maxurft Modeler Advance, then modified using Autocad to obtain the Lines Plan and General Arrangement designs. From the General Arrangement design, the miniature size is obtained with LPP=62.68cm B=17.5cm T=5.2cm H=13cm. In the stability review, the results of the stability analysis using Maxsurf stability software from 4 load case conditions meet the IMO A.749(18) standard criteria. In this research, size planning was carried out for ferry boats for Dedap-Ketam Putih Bengkalis Island. LPP= 31.34 M, B=8.9 M, T=2.6 M, H=6.5 M, Vs= 10knots. The results of this final project are lines plan, general arrangement, stability and ship miniature.
