Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are places of Islamic learning, where students all live together and study under the guidance of better known as kyai. Bequranic Islamic boarding school is located in Pangkalan Batang, Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency, Riau. Officially established in December 2015 and the inauguration of the pesantren Bengkalis Qur'an Center (BEQURANIC) Bengkalis. Bookkeeping of SPP Payments at this time in the Bequranic Islamic Boarding School is still carried out manually, which is recorded using a ledger and recapitulated to make reports. One of the problems faced by the treasurer of the Bequranic Islamic Boarding School in Bengkalis is that data is erroneous and requires sufficient time to recap the report. This application can be the best solution to replace the process of recording SPP payment books and can reduce data errors. This system is built using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method is a method of developing an information system with relative time and has 3 stages, namely the planning phase of requirements, RAD design workshop and implementation. The result of this study is the bookkeeping of SPP payments, it is known that the system is built with student data features, tuition payments, and reports. Testing using blackbox testing shows that the function works well. The next suggestion for developers is that it can be developed and can make the application look better and more interactive
