Abstract
The quality of precast drainage depends on the constituent materials, the commonly used precast drainage constituent materials are cement, water, sand, and gravel or crushed stone using iron reinforcement. Along with the increase in the price of materials, especially iron, the cost has become expensive, therefore it is necessary to make a solution by developing the manufacture of precast drainage using other materials to replace steel reinforcement. In this research, the precast drainage uses bamboo reinforcement. For longitudinal reinforcement, bamboo reinforcement is used, while for transverse reinforcement, steel reinforcement is used The purpose of this research is to make precast concrete sizes that are easy to work on when working in the field, The formwork is made using steel plate material and elbow profiles with bolted connections for easy disassembly, so that the concrete process is carried out properly and maintained so as not to damage. The test results show that the precast bamboo reinforcement drainage is strong enough because there are no cracks in the concrete during lifting. The average tensile stress on bamboo betung is 184.06 MPa. The planned strenght of the concrete is 20 Mpa, the test results are 17,29 Mpa. It can be concluded that the concrete is still within the minimum limits indicated for the quality of concrete 20 Mpa.
