Abstract
This final project is entitled Planning and Making Herbal Kelor Leaf (Moringa Oleifera) Tea Bags (Aspect of Production). As for the objectives to be achieved in the writing of this project is to find out how the production process of Moringa Leaf Herbal Tea Bags, to determine the cost of production in the Moringa Leaf Herbal Tea Bags business project and management of raw material supplies. This final project is carried out in several stages, the first stage is the project preparation plan, the second stage is the project implementation plan, and the third stage is the project completion plan. In this project, the capital used is internal capital or own capital, and purchases of raw materials are made offline by visiting the place of purchase of raw materials directly. This project is carried out for 3 (three) months 12 (twelve) days, starting from 17 September 2020 to 28 December 2020. Production is carried out 25 times by producing 430 standing pouches of Moringa Leaf Herbal Tea Bags, starting from 8 (eight) to 35 (thirty five) standing pouches for 1 (one) time of production. The cost of production per standing pouch is IDR 3,350 with a selling price of IDR 6,000. Constraints experienced in this project, namely the unavailability of raw materials in accordance with customer and weather conditions that often experience rains so the Moringa Leaves dry slowly if they are dried a lot. The solution is to consult with the costumer firs, and not dry the leaves too much, as this can make the leaves damp.
