Abstract
In my final task research is about many employees who are less disciplined and conscientious about operational activities. This research was conducted at PT Pelayaran Cahaya Papua has not been running well so that it affects the smooth operation and handling of ships. The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of human resources (SDM)implementation of operational activities at PT. Papuan Light Sailing and to know the obstacles in overcoming the obstacles faced to documents whose validity period has expired.The research method I use is observation, interview and research time starting from April – August located at PT Pelayaran Cahaya Papua Dumai Branch. Based on the results of the study shows that the influence of human resources (SDM)positive effect on the operational activities and performance of employees at PT Pelayaran Cahaya Papua.
