Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out how to determine the salary of daily freelancers at the Environmental Service, and the Realization of the Budget for freelance daily workers at the Bengkalis Regency Environmental Service. The method used is descriptive method, namely by collecting research data from research objects and other literature. The results of the research. The process of determining the salary of daily freelancers at the Bengkalis Regency Environmental Service, The process of determining the salary of daily freelancers at the Environmental Service is determined based on the Bengkalis Regent Decree Number: 324/KPTS/VIII/2020 concerning Determination of General Cost Standards in the Bengkalis Regency Government. The realization of the Expenditure Budget (THL Services) in the Waste Handling Activities of the Bengkalis Regency Environmental Service in 2020 has reached 99.94%. The realization of the Expenditure Budget (THL Services Shopping) in the Bengkalis Regency DLH Waste Handling Activities in 2019 and 2020 has been well realized.
