Abstract
Bengkalis has a large enough area with considerable potential in both the tourism sector and the industry to bring more value to both business and investment opportunities. Thus the activity that results from the formation of activity centers that will impact changes in large volume traffic will put considerable pressure on existing road infrastructure to serve and load additional traffic loads resulting from construction. For the effort to minimize traffic problems, it has to be done with a analysis of performance traffic on the construction of some centers, especially one that is thought to have had an important impact on the road network systems around the restaurant construction site in the street between the base of the bengkalis office. As for this research analysis, using the Indonesian road capacity guide method (pkji 2014) to survey vehicles that cross the border between the directly in front of restaurant construction. Based on this analysis, the value of volume 572 skr/hour, the nila capacity of 1.945 skr/hour and the value of the degree of saturation is 0.29 which means it's still under ≤ 0.75. This explains that judging by the level of service analysed that the current is steady but that the speed of a controlled vehicle means that the passage between for now would not require improvement of either dilation or other improvements.
